Bargain sweeper that works. We use it at our buisness. It gets used and abused by all the employees. Works great and when it dies I buy a new one. Why pay three times the money for a fancy sweeper that doesnt do any better job?

A friend recommended this book for me. I got the sample yesterday morning for my kindle and bought the remainder soon after and finished it today. What a great book. So refreshing.
A Word! Daily Inspiration

I saw on Dr. OZ one evening about how to track how far you walk in a day. I wanted to lose ten pounds so I started to walk short distances until I found the Pedometer on Amazon. Now my husband and I get up at 5 a.m. and walk 3-4 miles and I just keep it in my pocket all the time. At the end of the day, I find that I have usually walked 6-7 miles. I think it’s the best one out there at a reasonable price. I love it and can already see some weight loss. I think this was one of my best investments of 2010.

Im enjoying this very much. The order came on time and with out issues. I walk with this in my pocket all the time now and am getting a better idea of my activiy levels than I had before. I would recommend this pedometer to anyone.

Actor George C. Scott delivers an encore performance of his most famous character: Lt. Gen. George S. Patton Jr. Just as the original “Patton” was based in part on Ladislas Farago’s biography “Patton: Ordeal and Triumph,” so too is the sequel based on Farago’s second installment of the same title.It is ironic, perhaps that Scott seems tired in this follow-up role and does not deliver a tour de force comparable to his original performance. Then again, the real life Patton was also tired: relieved of command of his beloved Third Army for not being what today would be termed “politically correct,” and instead placed in command of a “paper army” whose mission was to write the history of the Second WorldWar. Disgruntled with the turn his military career had taken, Patton was to return home, hang up his ivory-handled pistols for good and write a tell all memoir. A day of pheasant hunting in Germany was all that seperated Patton the soldier from Patton the civilian. The out-spoken general never made it. He suffered a broken neck en route in a silly fender-bender with an army 6 x 6 and died of complications twelve days later. In spite of Scott’s subdued portrayal of Patton II, the scenes are superb; the supporting cast top-notch; and the story-line, including the usual amount of dramatic license, holds true to the facts. Throughout the film, the viewer is treated to flashbacks memories of Patton’s earlier life as a child, as a young junior officer, and themes the first “Patton” dared not touch, such as Patton’s supposed wartime affair with his wife’s niece, a woman half the general’s age. Unlike the first “Patton,” these flashbacks give the film a true biographical feel. I was touched with the strength his wife Beatrice exhibited by her husband’s side, reading to him from his favorite books by the likes of Napolean and other great captains while her injured husband lay with a head brace and fish hooks embedded in his scalp in an effort to support his shattered neck. When a person says that God inspired them or told them something the first question that should come to your mind is which God? The God of the Bible? Don’t think so as it contradicts many of the ways and teachings that that God revealed through others. Perhaps it is the God of this world, Satan? He is a good candidate since he likes to contradict the God of the Bible. And then there is the God of Islam, and the gods of hindu and the gods of shinto and so on and so on. And there are religions that say you are a God so then this is just a book about the author expressing his own opinion and since he makes some claims that are scientifically false, perhaps this is the God he is really talking to.

The closest book store to us is 40 minutes away. We had made two trips in two weeks waiting for the store to get this book in. After the second trip I logged onto Amazon ordered the book and in just a few short days the book arrived. I will use this service before making another trip to the “city” for a book. My son loved the book, finished it in 3 days. He’s currently on book 3 and again can’t put them down. He has decided that once he is finished with the series, he will donate them to the school library so more kids can enjoy them. He has already loaned out this book (1st in series) to a friend to read. The mom called and thanked us as her son NEVER wanted to read before this. Wonderful Series, very happy with purchase.

Got the Kindle for my wife and she loves it. Now she could get books and newspapers sitting right in the bed. Every night before bed she picks it up and reads a little. When we go on trips it fits right into her bag for easy acess.
