After reading almost all of the reviews, I was somewhat weary because I saw that the manufacturer was offering incentives to write positive reviews/remove negative reviews. However, my main concern was accuracy, and many of thee reviews spoke positively about that, so I decided to give this scale a shot. Shipping was relatively quick, and once I got the scale it was VERY easy to set up and calibrate. I followed the directions and had no problems. The “step-on” technology is great. I am so happy I have the newer version and don’t have to “tap” the scale to “wake it up”. I weighed myself on this scale and then approximately 2 hours later on a doctor’s scale, and I was surprised to find that the pounds were exactly the same on both scales. The eatsmart scale showed a couple ounces LESS than the doctor’s scale, but that could have been for many different reasons, so I am not too concerned. I have only had the scale a couple days, but so far so good.

Had a problem with my Digital Bathroom scale when it came in, they replace it immediately and sent me a new one. I will deferentially shop with this company again.

Salinger’s story about teen angst and rebellion is still surprisingly relevant today over fifty years after it was first written, simply change Holden Caulfield into an emo or a goth and you have a modern rebellious teenager. When I first read this book at 15 I realized that the things that I was feeling were pretty normal and that there’s nothing new or original about teen rebellion and I wasn’t the first person who ever felt like an outcast. Any teenager today should be able to identify with Holden and his feelings towards his parents, teachers and authority figures in general and any parent will recognize his behavior and it may help them to understand their own rebellious teenager.
