Focus on Love DVD MagIQ Tiny

My daughter is now 5 months old and this dvd is part of our nightly routine. She loves the colors, music and the talking dog. She holds the dog while watching the show. This teaches much more than the Einstein videos. We have several of the Einstein dvds and they do not keep her attention at all. I feel they have no educational value either. Regardless, I can’t wait to get the next age dvd (the lamb and the cow) to see what it has in store for her.

How I loved this read. Jacob is so sweet and impressionable but he still knows what is right and what he wants. I didnt want to put it down but then I didnt want it to end either.
I recommend this book to anyone.

Focus on An Exploring Horizons DVD

I received my Kindle 2 from Amazon yesterday 5/29/10 and I have been reading non stop. I bought this reader to help me read novels for enjoyment. At 78 my eyesight is not what it should be and I find that after an hour my eyes are tired. Enter Kindle 2 and I up the text/fonts, and I continue on like I have 20/20. I recommend this device to any person that may have the same problem reading hard copy. I like the size and weight of this reader too so I’m a happy camper.

The Help was an OK book. I didn’t hate it, and I didn’t love it, so I guess rating it “I liked it” had to suffice.
The dialogue bothered me in the beginning, but I got used to it. The story had an interesting premise; however, I really thought the characters in the book were extremely stereotypical. That ended up bothering me the further I progressed in the book, and even more after I finished it.
I’m not sorry I read it, but I don’t think I would recommend it to others.
