Alpha NEX5K NEX Sony details

I’ve owned 3 or 4 digital point and shoots over the last decade but this was my first interchangeable lens camera. I can’t say enough great things about it. I’ve only had it for a month now but all the benefits the reviews talk about are spot on. The major critique deals with the menu buttons being buried (since the small size limits the number of physical buttons on the camera). I have to say that as I am learning about more features I can see why they make the critique, but I’ve also learned how to change those settings pretty quickly. For my purposes the tradeoff between the number of buttons is definitely worth it for the small form factor. And the movies are incredible!

VAIO Sony L VPCEB2SFX answer

I received my order in the time that I was supposed to and found it to be what I ordered. I was very surprised when I received an email that told me I could up grade to the same program in the 2010 from Amazon through Microsoft. Very happy. Thanks for the great service.

1 SAL 14TC Sony chance

It packs a lot of stuff in small space. Hate not being able to organize my files by folders. Music quality is low. But the worst is when I tried to use with with my desktop iTunes, instead of the laptop, where I officially “connected” it. iTunes told me that I can only use it with the iTunes where I initially set it up. This is not a technical shortfall. This is ugly deliberate Apple choice, but then the last 20 years prove how Apple treats customers. What if my laptop crushes or gets stolen? How would I ever use it again? Do they care?

Cyber DSC Sony shot talk

I love that it automatically keeps track of your last 7 readings! There is a little cap on the top that came off. I eventually lost it. I’m not sure what purpose it serves, but everything works fine. The belt clip is short and allows the pedometer to fall off; make sure you clip it on to your clothing. Minor problems, but I still recommend the product.

Crazy on shot Cyber Sony DSC

The best camera and video combination I’ve ever purchased!!! I did purchased the Samsung dual touch screen but I returned it the next day due lot of noise in the picture and is not simple to operate. I also purchased the Fine pix with 10x zoom but also with a lot of noise in the picture when I downloaded it at the PC. This is the best camera for a 10x zoom. I could have bought the HX5V Sony model but too expensive for me. I found no flaws.

Sony Camera Cybershot Case chance

I bought this carry case for the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W230 I purchased as a Christmas gift for my 16 year old daughter. It will be perfect for her to take her camera with her when she goes to Paris for Spring Break. It’s light weight and will fit nicely in any bag she is carrying.

Title: The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger

Pages: 214

Time spent on the “to read” shelf: 4 or 5 months I think.

Days spent reading it: 4 days.

Why I read it: The Catcher in the Rye is an American classic and very controversial. I honestly wanted to see what was so controversial. Also, it was one of those “classics” that I did not read while in high school. In researching about it later I read that in 1981 it was the most censored book in US high schools and the second most taught book in high schools. It was one of the 10 most challenged books in 2005, but it came off the list in 2006. Those are some fun facts for you.

Brief review:
This book frankly annoyed me. The writing has very repetitive and had many aggravating sayings in it. The word “really” is used almost as much as the curse words that are prevalent throughout the book (one reason it is often censored–I would guess that gd appears 2-3 times a page at minimum, sometimes significantly more). And I assure you, both appear more than they need to, I really mean it.

Holden Caulfield is the main character. He is the epitome of teenage angst. His world is utterly pessimistic. He sees only the bad in everything except his sister and his deceased younger brother. He is bright, but is failing out of school. He is obsessed with sex, but cannot develop a relationship with a girl. He is active and pursues all the pleasure trappings that a big city have, but has no defining meaning to his life.

The book covers three days between him being kicked out of school and his untimely return home. Holden is depressed, hates everyone, exaggerates EVERYTHING (annoyingly so), and seems to have few people skills. In short, he is the perfect anti-hero and irritating enough that I did not like him one bit while reading this book.

I suppose this book speaks to the hearts of some disaffected youth, but they would have to be interested in drudging through 200 pages of dribble in order to find the voic
